Limited Warranty

Each electric scooter and its individual covered parts sold through Amped Out Machines or authorized dealers come with a Manufacturer Limited Warranty for the original purchaser. To be eligible for warranty coverage, proof of product registration and original purchase receipt is required.

Warranty Registration

To qualify for warranty coverage, all scooter purchases must be registered within 30 days of purchase. The Limited Warranty only applies to the original owner for personal use. Please fill out the registration form with our partner KAASPEED to register your product purchase. Regular maintenance is not included with this warranty.

How to File a Claim

Assistance in filing a claim, contact Amped Out Machines by emailing- Contactus@getampedout.com

In your email, please include the following:

• • A detailed description of the alleged issue or defect

  • Product serial number

  • Purchase date and proof of purchase (receipt)

  • Contact information (name, phone, address, email)

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Our technical support team will review your claim and follow up with next steps. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective part and receiving a replacement.
Replacements will only be shipped to the original purchaser’s address. Do not return any parts unless instructed to do so by Amped Out Machines.

Remedies

Once a claim is received and verified, we will evaluate the warranty claim.
If it is determined that the defective part is covered under this Limited Warranty, Amped Out Machines will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge to the buyer.
During the warranty period, the original owner’s exclusive remedy and the company’s sole obligation will be limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts once returned and confirmed to be defective due to manufacturer error, at Amped Out Machines’ sole discretion.

Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all products offered by Amped Out Machines, including but not limited to scooters and accessories, are warranted only to the extent expressly stated in the applicable manufacturer warranty provided with your product.
Otherwise, the products are provided “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available.” The entire risk of use and performance remains with you.

Amped Out Machines and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors do not make any representations, warranties, or conditions, express or implied, of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement.

In particular, Amped Out Machines and its partners make no warranty that:

• • The products will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • Any information or content obtained through their use will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.
