To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as limited-edition items, sale products, or items marked as “non-returnable,” cannot be returned. Batteries, chargers, and accessories may also be excluded for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery. AMPED OUT MACHINES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchanges
