Credit Card Processing Fees

Warranty coverage for all products sold by Amped Out Machines is provided by the original manufacturers — Kaaspeed® and VeeHop®. Amped Out Machines serves as a communication liaison to assist customers in coordinating warranty claims, replacement parts, or repair requests directly with the manufacturer.

All warranty claims must meet the manufacturer’s guidelines and eligibility criteria. Amped Out Machines does not independently provide or extend warranty coverage beyond the terms established by Kaaspeed® or VeeHop®.

Safety and Legal Compliance

Riders are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the operation of electric scooters, e-bikes, and eATVs. Amped Out Machines is not liable for any fines, penalties, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of our products or operation in restricted areas.

A helmet is strongly recommended at all times while operating any product sold by Amped Out Machines. Safe riding practices are the responsibility of the rider.

Raffle Rules

Certain products available on this website may include the opportunity to participate in a raffle. By purchasing any raffle ticket or raffle-related product, you agree to be bound by the official Raffle Terms & Rules, which govern eligibility, entry, ticket purchases, drawings, prizes, winner notification, and other conditions specific to raffles.
